Once upon a time there was a hungry little entrepreneur walking the streets of New York City in search of the perfect place to enjoy a nice breakfast.  Despite his persistent efforts, nothing he found could satisfy his appetite.

We enjoy delicious croissants and scrumptious pastries for breakfast in my country of France and my desire is to bring a taste of that “heaven” to you.  With the advice of my family and friends I have decided to introduce something special to the U.S.; something unforgettable.  French cuisine and baked goods are ranked number one for their superior quality and unparalleled taste and that’s precisely what you will share with us soon, right here in New York City. My goal is to bring you a little slice of France as you experience our hand-made sweets, fresh baked breads and croissants.
